In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Flower House is my go-to when gifting someone with an arrangement! I don’t like purple, so I always put in the notes “no purple please” and they listen and deliver a beautiful arrangement!

I ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered to my daughter online and was notified from the moment the order was received to delivery. The flowers arrived when scheduled and my daughter immediately texted me and said “thank you mom and dad, I got the flowers and they are gorgeous!”

Beautiful arrangement and a little larger than I expected. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because flowers were to pink for a get well arrangement. The florist should have used more happy colors like yellow and orange.
